It has been 2 years since I started my MBA in BI-Fudan MBA program. Time seems to fly by and the graduation provides a great opportunity for me to do some reflections. I want to bare my soul and impart a few takeaways that I have picked up during my time in the program.
Looking back through, I realized that the best part of this journey is how much it challenges me and humbles me.
It challenges me not only from the intense courses along with tons of reading materials and assignments, as well as to find a good balance among work, life and study out of busy schedule. The challenges come more from keeping pushing myself to step out of comfort zone and cultivating myself to be a life-time learner, for that I deeply thank the professors I am lucky enough to learn from. They not just transmit knowledge of business world to give me the tools, methodologies and processes to solve the business problems, but also challeng me to have critical thinking, be innovative and strive for creating value and impact.
It also humbles me in many ways. The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t know, and I am constantly surprised how talented my classmates are and how much they can offer. This journey allows me to look inward of myself to be more mindful of what I do.
A chapter ends, a new one begins!
