Det Norske Veritas (挪威船级社) - Norway is one of the world’s most advanced ship classification societies, a leading provider of accredited management system certification, and an international provider on services for the oil, gas, process and power industries. As an independent fund organization, DNV has more than 6500 employers, more than 330 offices all over the world.
In today’s business environment, stakeholders are facing new challenges. The demand for accountability and transparency is increasing, the tolerance for failure decreasing. Since 1864, DNV has worked alongside a number of international companies to help manage the new risk reality.
On June 17th, one group of 44 members from DNV-Norway arrived in Fudan University, Shanghai to start their one week training program in China. From 17^th to 22^nd, the delegation had two days of courses at School of Management of the University, and two days of company visits, of which one day was in Suzhou. The courses were given by professors from BI Norwegian School of Management and School of Management, Fudan University, and also some entrepreneurs from Chinese companies. Professor Lu Xiongwen, the Dean of School of Management, Fudan University gave the welcoming speech.
