简介：
Geoffrey Wood is Dean and Professor of International Business at Essex Business School, University of Essex, UK. He serves as Editor of the British Journal of Management, Editor of the Annals of Corporate Governance, and Associate Editor of the Academy of Management Perspectives. He is also Editor of the Chartered ABS Journal Ranking List. He is the author of over 150 articles in peer reviewed journals, and author or editor of some 16 books.
In this talk, he will share insights on the journal ecosystem, and what it takes to get published. The talk includes advice on preparing initial submissions, selecting journals to target, how to avoid desk rejection, how to survive revise and resubmits, and how to enhance your citation profile.
