简介： Dr. Deng Xin is an associate professor in the School of Finance at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE). She joined the SUFE in 2012 after earning a Ph.D. in Finance from Nanyang Technological University. Her research focuses on executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and capital structure. Her research has been published on the Journal of Financial Economics and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.
