演讲者：Dr. Liandong Zhang Assistant Professor, Department of Accountancy , City University of Hong Kong.
简介： Dr Zhang Liandong is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Accountancy of City University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. degree in accounting from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and his B.A. degree in accounting from Tsinghua University in Beijing. Dr. Zhang’s primary research interest is in financial reporting quality and corporate governance. His recent research examines the determinants or precursors of corporate tax avoidance, stock price crash risk, and corporate innovation, from an information quality prospective. His papers in these areas have been published in The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, and Journal of Financial Economics. He currently teaches International Financial Statement Analysis and Ph.D. Seminars in Accounting at City University of Hong Kong.
