简介：Gaoqing Zhang is a Ph.D. candidate in Accounting at Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. He earned his B.Sc. in Finance from School of Management, Fudan University in 2009. Gaoqing is an analytical modeler interested in problems related to financial reporting in the capital market. His research studies the relationships among economic institutions, capital markets, and financial reporting. Specifically, his work studies two institutional features, the regulatory environment (in particular banking regulation and capital requirements) and the competitiveness of the market, and how these features affect the information contained in financial reports.
