简介: Prof. Jiang is Assistant Professor of Finance at the State University of New York at Buffalo since 2008. Her research interest is in corporate finance. She has conducted research on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyout, corporate governance, investor sentiment, and share repurchases. Prof. Jiang’s work has been presented at many conferences, universities and regulatory agencies. Professor Jiang has taught both undergraduate level and MBA level classes including advanced corporate finance, investments and financial strategy and policy.
