Dr. Hua Zhang is Assistant Professor of Finance at CEIBS. Dr. Zhang received his Ph. D. in Economics from School of Economics, University of Hong Kong. He holds M.A. and B.A. degrees from Fudan University, both in economics.
Dr. Zhang's current research interests are Corporate Finance, financial economics, privatization in transition economy, Chinese private enterprises and Chinese economy. His research papers have been published in Corporate Governance: An International Review, International Journal of Governance and Disclosure, Journal of Financial Research, China Quarterly Journal of Economics, The Journal of World Economy, Shanghai Management Science and other academic journals and newspapers.
