嘉宾简介:
Prof. Tucker joined Department of Finance, School of Management, Fudan University in September, 2011. He has published his research in the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Banking and Finance, and other academic journals. He is the former Founding Editor of the Journal of Financial Engineering and a former Associate Editor of the Journal of Derivatives, Journal of Economics and Business, and Global Finance Journal. He has written three finance textbooks, and is the recipient of the coveted Jensen Prize (2006). His recent research addresses topics including capital structure, taxes, predatory lending, debt issuance, and others.
