简介:
Dr. Xianming Zhou is an associate professor in finance at the University of Hong Kong. Dr. Zhou received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. He joined the School of Economics and Finance at HKU in 2002 after teaching at the University of Sydney and the City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Zhou’s research interests are in corporate governance and corporate finance. He has written on managerial incentive contracts, executive compensation, and insider ownership. His articles appear in economics and finance journals, including Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Business, Canadian Journal of Economics, Journal of Corporate Finance, and Journal of Financial Economics.
