主讲嘉宾: Prof. Yan Zhang (Anthea)
Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management, Rice University

Dr. Yan Zhang (Anthea) received a B.A. and a M.A. in Economics from Nanjing University, China; a Master of Philosophy degree in International Business from City University of Hong Kong; and a Ph.D. in strategic management from the University of Southern California. She is an associate professor of Strategy (with tenure) at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University. Dr. Zhang's areas of specialization include CEO succession/dismissal, corporate governance, and foreign direct investment in/from emerging markets. Her research has been published in top-tier management journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, and Journal of Management.

Dr. Zhang’s research has been cited by prominent business media outlets including USA Today, BusinessWeek, and the Economist. Currently, she serves on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Journal and is an officer (representative at large of the Americas) of the International Association of Chinese Management Research (IACMR).
