Ying Zhouye participated in the creation of the first fund for venture loan in China. Although she had been on the fast track in her career, she wished to explore more possibilities in life and discover more potential in herself. Therefore, she bid farewell to the stable state-owned company and applied for the Fudan MBA program. Being awarded the First Class Scholarship for her outstanding performance in the National MBA Entrance Examination became another impetus for her study.
“Fudan MBA has brought about much more surprises than I imagined,” Ying said. One of greatest appeals for her is the century-old treasure of humanities at Fudan.
She has also met a group of excellent classmates and friends. Given that they are generally younger than her, Ying obtained a lot of fresh information from them, and got familiarized with the trend of this era and the way of thinking of the younger generation.
“As a post-80s, I’ve been following a designated path for almost all my life,” Ying said. “I hope that through the next two years of immersive learning in Fudan MBA, I’ll learn to make independent and wise choices and figure out what I want for my future career.”
