Zhang Yifeng graduated from Fudan MBA in 2010 and found himself benefiting tremendously from the learning experience. “The trainings at Fudan MBA really expanded my horizons and helped me see a richer and more diverse world.”
After graduation, Zhang left Hua Hong NEC where he had worked for 15 years and joined a startup company as the vice president, and became CEO of Guangdong Leadyo IC Testing Co., Ltd. three years later. “I realized the solution to my management problems could always be found after thinking, and the golden key lied right in the systematic learning and practical projects during my Fudan MBA years,” Zhang said. Moreover, inspired by the team-building activities in the program, he launched a training camp in Leadyo, which has attracted a great number of employees to continue learning in their spare time.
For Zhang, one of the most wonderful gains from the Fudan MBA program is getting to know so many like-minded friends. Recently, Zhang and some alumni are cofounding the Fudan MBA Alumni Association of Microelectronics.
This September, at the age of 44, Zhang came back to the Fudan University as a PhD student in microelectronics. Once again he is sitting in the classroom, enjoying Fudan's academic nourishment. He encourages younger students to step outside their comfort zone and pursue their dreams. “Fudan will teach you how to embrace uncertainty."
