Zheng Shuo, a Fudan MBA alumnus of the 2015 class, shared her experience with the Fudan MBA program, which ranked the 32th globally in the 2021 FT Global MBA.
She joined the program because she felt the necessity of expanding her knowledge in her work as a financial advisor. During her study, Zheng got amazing opportunities such as participating in an Australia-China business consulting project (iLab) and studying on an exchange program in UC Davis.
Two years later, Zheng start to study with the second degree at MIT. These experiences helped her enormously in building an international vision and gaining cross-industry inspirations.
Before graduating from MIT, Zheng landed an offer from an American pharmaceutical company headquartered in Boston. As the only foreigner in the financial team, she leveraged her expertise in data visualization to make up for her shortness in language, which proved to be very effective when her annual financial analysis report won the approval of both the CFO and the CEO.
Zheng recalled Fudan MBA program with deep gratitude: “The program has offered us a solid platform, so that we can concentrate on choosing the path that suit each one us best.”
