We invited 4 graduates from the Class of 2020 Fudan IMBA Program who got employed in the industrial sector to share their experience and insights. Today let’s meet Tian Qian from the Fudan IMBA (MIT) program.
Tian got the offer from AbbVie after her internship there. She highly values the company’s leading position in the pharmaceutical industry and its contribution to the field of disease prevention and treatment, and hopes that she can fulfill her personal social responsibility while realizing her worth here.
“The platform provided by Fudan IMBA program is like a magic box. Everybody gets something different from it,” said Tian. “During my study, I systematically acquired knowledge of the management science and accumulated experience in practical activities organized by the IMBA project. As the world recovers from the pandemic, and in this era of digitalization, the pharmaceutical industry will definitely see drastic changes in the next five to ten years. I wish to witness the transition of the industry up close and realize my personal growth during this process.”
