Since 2005, Fudan MBA program has cooperated with more than 100 Chinese and foreign companies. The 2020 Fudan iLab has recently concluded with success. 21 teams formed by students from the 2019 Fudan IMBA program have all completed the final reports for their clients despite the impact of the pandemic.
The project for the Burger King team from Local iLab was to develop marketing strategies for the brand, so as to increase the customer satisfaction towards their food, thereby improving the brand image and enhancing the brand influence.
None of the team members have got experience in the catering sector, yet they have to understand the industry in a very short time and come up with detailed, practical, feasible business solutions.
Based on the large amount of data collected on BK’s customers and competitors, the final report provided by the team were remarked to own real value for the customers and even coincided with the client’s future strategies.
