We invited 4 graduates from the Class of 2020 Fudan IMBA Program who got the job offer in the industrial sector to share their experience and insights. Today let us meet Sun He from the Fudan S3 Asia MBA Program.
Sun chose Bosch for its prestige in the manufacturing industry and its edge-cutting exploration in Industry 4.0 (the Fourth Industrial Revolution) technologies. With the support of policies such as 'Made in China 2025' and the 'New Infrastructure', Sun believed that the industrial sector will see huge development in fields such as digitalization, interconnection and intelligent manufacturing.
Thanks to his Fudan IMBA trainings and the advice provided by tutors at the Career Development Center of the School of Management, Sun went smoothly through the four rounds of tough interviews at Bosch.
Sun says: “As our dean Professor Lu Xiongwen put it, Fudan MBA program strives to cultivate talents who won’t be replaced by AI in the future. Without my experience here, I couldn’t have grown from a developer to this person with more comprehensive abilities and more mature thinking.”
