Despite the difficulties brought about by the COVID-19 crisis, 21 iLab teams formed by students from the 2019 Fudan IMBA program have all successfully completed their final reports recenltly.
The Thai AirAsia project aimed to provide solutions for the post-pandemic global aviation industry. The sudden change of topic at the early phase of the project caused by the outbreak added a further complication for the team. As the project tutor, Professor He Yanqun was impressed by the team's proactivity, flexibility and problem solving abilities.
The final report was ardently praised by the CEO of AirAsia. The team put forward a series of suggestions for expanding sales channels, developing products to enhance customer stickiness, and optimizing the marketing model to focus more on the target market. The client remarked that AirAsia will take these advice as reference in their future product design and marketing planning.
