Today, let us meet Yang Bo, who decided to develop his career in Sinopharm.
After trying several different roles in various industries, Yang Bo decide to join Sinopharm, partly because he saw what an important role the company played in the battle against the COVID-19 epidemic, especially during the construction of the Leishenshan Hospital. Yang believes that with the blue ocean created by upgraded policies concerning the industry, new possibilities are on the horizon for Sinopharm, which is also the sole state-owned enterprise in its field.
Yang believes the Sinopharm and the entire industry will see some rapid development in the next five to ten years. He is looking forward to combining his former work experience and the systematic management skills he learned from Fudan IMBA program in helping Sinopharm become the exemplar of high-end positioning, standardization, intelligent manufacturing and scale, building the company into a true "aircraft carrier" of the industry.
