We are Fudan-MIT China Lab SEPE (Shanghai Electric Power Electronics Co., Ltd.)Project team: Jane and Andy from Fudan Management School while Maya and Emily from MIT Sloan Management School,
We had a middle term report to the management team of our client in March, 2017. Our project is to help our client develop strategy in the local wind power industry, which is miles away from the background for four of us. But the most amazing thing is that when you are in a highly motivated team, you gained infinite power from your teammates to achieve the common goal. Staff and expert interviews, competitiveness assessment, industry dynamic discussion and data mining, we went through all these together with a shared view and diverse solutions. We've achieved first objective of the proposal. The Management team highly appreciated efforts from the team who successfully finished first objective on the proposal.
In the meantime, another objective remains to be solved for the rest part of project and our client company placed a higher expectation that we have the confidence to live up to.
Apart from the project itself, I feel lucky to join the international team. We are pleased to exchange opinions on some hot topics ranging from education, culture and business of two countries. And exciting memories of hot potting, karaoke and exploring the city will be cherished forever.
