Fudan MBA iLab Lecture VI by Mr. Eddie Ma was successfuly held on April 26th ,2013 ----The World is Not That Flat: The Importance of Culture Understanding and Communication Strategy

Mr.Eddie Ma, President/CEO of Mylab Healthcare Technology Co.,Ltd conducted an English speech with the topic “The world is not that Flat: The importance of Culture Understanding and Communication Strategy.” on Apr. 26th ,2013 .

In this lecture, Eddie narrated his personal story of being a Chinese Born American Citizen, working with Finnish company for the first time ever during his MBA years. Based on his stories, Eddie extended the talk into areas of culture differences between Finns & Chinese, some communication dos & don'ts. Eddie has also touched base in the area of importance of dealing with international team in today's globalized business world. All the students who attended the speech have benefited a lot from his speech.
