On June, 28th, all the iLab participants of FDSM gathered together to share their experiences. Collaborated with companies from all walks of life, Fudan iLab programs offers the students a chance to bring alive their knowledge to consulting projects. During the past six months since its kick-off in January, the students and mentors have devoted great efforts to the program, trying their best to help the companies find managerial solutions.
First, Davy Lin from Fudan-Tekes shared with the audience how they solve difficulties with the power of teamwork. His humorous description of his team members brought the audience a lot of fun. Exxon Mobile team shared with the audience their knowledge of “”trapped cash” and “RMB internationalization” and experience of how they solve problems with specialized knowledge.
The four members of NBTY team come from three countries, but they stride over the cultural differences and cooperated well with each other under the shared value of “trust and respect” to launch “Baby Product Campaign in China’s Market” project.
Effie Si, a member from MIT project also shared her learning of “efficient, professional, and precise” working attitude from the members of MIT Sloan. In addition, IBM team, Zhongyou team, and Chia Tai team also shared experience with the audience from different angles.
After the sharing session, the MBA program presented all the team leaders and the sharing guests the Fudan bear doll, which gave the sharing session a perfect closing.
