摘要：This paper investigates the operations of a novel service mode, mobile charging, whereby an e-commerce platform operator arranges trucks equipped with charging piles to deliver charging to customers' electric vehicles at low-battery levels. We model the platform-customer interaction with a Stackelberg game and explicitly characterize customers' optimal charging decisions under the platform's various service plans. Leveraging the theoretical results, we design an augmented network to transform the platform's joint pricing and service fulfillment optimization into a variant of vehicle routing problems. We then develop a customized approximate dynamic programming approach to address stochastic charging requests, which achieves a win-win situation for the platform and customers. To promote the framework's scalability, we ingeniously propose a heuristic service strategy with provable performance guarantees for a stylized subcase with customers concentrated in a neighborhood. We further identify critical managerial insights relevant to mobile charging operations. Numerical studies reveal that, as an intermediate step, the analytical outcomes regarding the stylized case can be integrated into developing the general framework, boosting the presented algorithm's efficiency. In addition, the stylized scenario's managerial insights can provide recommendations for the deployment of mobile charging and the choices of target areas at its initial stage. Overall, our work provides extensive guidelines for managing mobile charging services.

主讲人简介：杨杰，同济大学经济与管理学院助理研究员。2017年本科毕业于清华大学土木工程系，2022 年获得清华大学管理科学与工程博士学位。主要研究领域包括交通运营管理、智慧物流、博弈分析、定价策略等，论文发表在Production and Operations Management，Transportation Research Part E，Transportation Research Part C等期刊。
