演讲者：Prof. Zou Hong Associate Professor of Finance, University of Hong Kong

简介:Zou Hong is an Associate Professor of Finance in University of Hong Kong. He graduated from the School of Management of Fudan University and obtained his PhD from the UK. He is a qualified CPA with some years’ industry experience.

Dr. Zou's research interests include corporate finance, corporate governance, risk management, and financial services. He is a two-time joint winner of the 2002 and 2003 Shin Research Excellence Award and a co-winner of the 2012 China International Conference in Finance (CICF) best paper award. He published 26 refereed articles in English and his research work appears in Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Financial Intermediation, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Risk and Insurance, Financial Management, among other journals. He also published 17 articles in Economic Research and other premier Chinese academic journals.

Dr. Zou has served as a member of the research award selection committee at the International Insurance Society (IIS), and the editorial board of China Journal of Accounting Studies and Frontiers of Business Research in China.
