摘要：This paper argues how an innovative cluster in Öresund region between Denmark and Sweden has been developed in order to create technology innovation as well to contribute to regional and national economic growth. Moreover, it also focuses on its competitiveness and the further development strategy that aims to become global innovative cluster. Finally, it also discusses whether its competitiveness as an innovative cluster is based on global or local levels.
