摘要：本文提出基于速度竞争的时间管理新概念，缩短交货提前期是其追求的目标。然后分别从流程时间构成、最短时间的业务流程优化和管理制度三面讨论时间管理。

Abstract: The paper put forward a new idea: the time management based on speed competition. It is target to reduce lead time of delivery. Than, the paper discuss the time management at three aspects. They are time constitution of process, optimization of the shortist time of process, and management system.
